Indemnification:
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridge Harbor and James Stanford from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Misuse of leads

  • Violation of federal, state, or local laws

  • Failure to obtain proper consent from lead contacts

4. Lead Information Disclaimer

Bridge Harbor leads are provided as-is and without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, quality, or profitability.

  • Bridge Harbor does not sell, rent, or share lead information with unauthorized third parties.

  • Clients are solely responsible for compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other consumer protection laws when using leads.

  • Use of leads for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes is strictly prohibited.
